  • Meyer Lemon Juice ½ teaspoon
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Grated Ginger Root 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Scallions to taste
  • Crushed ice to taste

Dice the cucumbers, finely chop the parsley and green onion (only the green tops), peel the ginger and grate it or leave it whole, add the ice, tomato juice, and blend until smooth.
