- Sugar 25 oz
- Kefir 15 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda 1½ spoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 40 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Milk 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the kefir, egg, flour, softened butter, vegetable oil, baking soda, and 450 grams of sugar until you achieve a smooth consistency.

Step 2
Roll the dough into balls the size of a walnut and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 355°F for 20–25 minutes.
Step 3
To make the glaze, melt 200 grams of sugar with milk in a saucepan.
Step 4
Transfer the finished gingerbreads to a large bowl, drizzle them with icing, and mix well.
