- 33% Cream 15 fl oz
- Condensed Milk 1 can
- Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whip the cold cream until soft peaks form.
Step 2
Pour the chilled condensed milk and vanilla extract into the cream, and whip on high speed until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Chop the chocolate, and crush the cookies with a blender or rolling pin into a mixed crumb. Gently fold them into the creamy mixture.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to a container, cover it with a lid or plastic wrap, and place it in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
