- Bananas 1 piece
- Vanilla Ice Cream 5 oz
- "Jubilee Cookies" 5 pieces
- Liquid dark chocolate ½ bar
- Butter 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Step 2
Crush the cookies into crumbs.
Step 3
Slice the peeled banana into 1 cm rings.
Step 4
In a heated skillet, add the butter and sauté the bananas on both sides until golden brown.
Step 5
In a separate skillet, warm the cookie crumbs (dry skillet).
Step 6
In a dessert dish, layer the hot bananas, pour hot chocolate over them, add a thick layer of warm cookie crumbs, and top with slightly softened ice cream.
