Ingredients
- Onion 1 head
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 0 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Chicken Broth 15 fl oz
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and boil until partially cooked in salted water.
Step 2
Knead the dough from flour, eggs, and water. Roll out the dough and cut into small pieces. Fry the dough in oil or fat.
Step 3
Cut the smoked bacon into small pieces.
Step 4
Chop the onion and sauté with the smoked bacon.
Step 5
Combine the potatoes with the onion, pour in the boiling broth. Add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and drop the dough into the soup.
Step 6
Cut the bell pepper into strips and the tomatoes into cubes. Add the vegetables to the soup and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Step 7
Sprinkle the finished soup with chopped herbs.
