Ingredients
- Ham 5 oz
- Fat 0 oz
- Sauerkraut 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbs 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the bell pepper, ham, and onion. Combine the vegetables with sauerkraut, pour boiling water over them, and cook for 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Melt the fat in a skillet. Cut the sausage into small pieces and fry them. Add to the soup.
Step 3
Pour the sauce made from sour cream, flour, and chopped garlic into the soup. Stir well and cook until the soup thickens.
Step 4
Garnish with chopped herbs.
