Ingredients
- Porcini Mushrooms 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Campbell's Beef Broth 10 fl oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Corn Starch 1 tablespoon
- Water 2 spoons
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Parsley 0 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Paprika 2 spoons
- Smoked salt ½ spoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the mushrooms into large pieces.
Step 3
Chop the onion into small cubes.
Step 4
Finely chop the parsley.
Step 5
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the onion in it.
Step 6
When the onions start to turn brown, add the mushrooms, parsley, and paprika. Sauté while stirring for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Add lemon juice and mix well. Then add the broth and cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 8
Lower the heat and add the milk and sour cream, stirring to combine, and let the soup warm on the stove until heated through.
Step 9
Dissolve the starch in water, mixing well to avoid lumps, and pour it into the soup. Continue to cook over low heat until the soup thickens.
Step 10
Season to taste, mix well, and serve with sour cream.
