Hummus without Oil

Description
You can experiment with different spices and proportions. So far, I like this combination the most. If you cook the chickpeas yourself, it’s about 1 cup plus a little of dry chickpeas.
Ingredients
- Chickpea 15 oz
- Tahini 3 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Turmeric ½ teaspoon
- Water ¼ cup
- Paprika to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Black Cumin (Cumin) to taste

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth.
