Ingredients
- Rye Bread 4 slices
- Olives stuffed with lemon 4 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Sardines 1 can
- Butter 2 teaspoons
- Hard Cheese 2 tablespoons
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the sardines on a paper towel and break them into small pieces.
Step 2
Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into strips.
Step 3
Slice the onion into thin rings.
Step 4
Chop the parsley.
Step 5
Toast the bread in the oven or on a dry skillet. Spread with butter. Top the slices of bread with sardines, onion, and bell pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese.

Bake the sandwiches in the microwave on full power for 40 seconds.
