Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Nut crumb 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Apple 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the softened butter and sugar.
Step 2
Beat the egg yolks.
Step 3
Add fresh bread crumbs, lemon zest and juice, and baking powder.
Step 4
Transfer to a greased dish and cook in a water bath for 40 minutes.
Step 5
Before flipping the pudding, make the apple sauce: beat the egg whites with 60 grams of sugar. Add the peeled and diced apple. Mix everything well.
Step 6
Serve the sauce on a serving plate and top with the pudding. Serve immediately.
