- Sugar 5 oz
- Eggs 4 pieces
- All-purpose flour 0 oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream 5 oz
- Raspberries 8 pieces
- Mint 4 sprigs
- Meringue 0 oz
- Dark Chocolate 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
Step 2
Crack the eggs into a deep bowl.
Step 3
Add sugar to the bowl and mix well.
Step 4
Slowly pour the melted chocolate into the bowl with sugar and eggs, stirring constantly.

Add flour and mix thoroughly.

Grease the molds with butter and dust with cocoa powder.

Pour the mixture into the molds.

Bake in the oven at 375°F for 8 minutes (if using silicone molds, bake for 9 minutes).
