Hot Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 10 fl oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate 2 pieces
- Cream 22% 10 fl oz
- Cheese Spread 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for the cake (flour, sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil) thoroughly, pour into a mold, and bake for 20–25 minutes at 355°F.
Step 2
To prepare the glaze, melt 3 tablespoons of chocolate spread and 2 pieces of bittersweet chocolate in a water bath. Finally, slowly add the cream.
Step 3
Remove the cake from the oven, cut into slices, and pour the glaze over it. Serve with ice cream and/or whipped cream.
