Ingredients
- Tomatoes 55 oz
- Horseradish Leaves 20 oz
- Garlic 15 oz
- Salt to taste

Wash and chop the tomatoes.
Step 2
Pass through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Peel the garlic. You should have 300 grams of peeled garlic.
Step 4
Clean the horseradish.
Step 5
Cut the horseradish into small pieces.
Step 6
Grind the horseradish and garlic through the meat grinder.
Step 7
Mix until smooth and place on the heat. Bring to a boil.
Step 8
Add salt and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 9
Sterilize jars and lids.
Step 10
Pour the prepared mixture into jars and seal.
