Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Salt a pinch
- Water 2 tablespoons
- Honeysuckle 10 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead the dough from butter, 50 g of sugar, flour, 1 egg, water, and salt. Previously, I used to rub the butter with sugar first, then add flour with the egg and knead. But this time I did everything quickly in a blender and it turned out great.
Step 2
Spread the dough in a tart pan. Prick the dough in several places with a fork and line it with parchment paper, then fill it with beans and bake at 390°F for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Blend the honeysuckle in a blender, add 2 eggs, cream, 200 g of sugar, and mix until smooth.
Step 4
Pour the mixture onto the dough and bake at 320°F for 40 minutes.
Step 5
Cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
