There is no canonical flavor, as the honey and spices used in the cake often change their properties. But the essence remains the same – a crumbly, fragrant gingerbread dough that is slightly tangy. Another advantage of this cake is that you can endlessly experiment with it – easily and playfully, adding cinnamon, ground cloves, or something else entirely.

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Honey 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ spoons
  • Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
  • Ground clove ½ spoons

Caramelize 2 teaspoons of sugar in a small skillet, then dilute it with 2 tablespoons of water, bring to a boil, add honey, and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool.
