Honey Pear Pie
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1½ cups
- Sugar 1 cup
- Water 1 cup
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Nuts ½ cup
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil ½ cup
- Cinnamon a pinch
- Pears 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, add sugar, pour in water and olive oil, warm slightly, and add honey.
Step 2
Stir until the sugar and honey dissolve.
Step 3
Add baking soda, citric acid, cinnamon/coriander, nuts ground to a flour-like consistency, and flour. Use enough flour so that the dough resembles thick sour cream.
Step 4
Peel the pears, dice them, and fold them into the dough.
Step 5
Pour the dough into a mold. Bake for 30–35 minutes at 390°F.
