Description

Recipe by John Smith.

Ingredients

  • Gelatin 0 oz
  • 10% cream 25 fl oz
  • Milk 10 fl oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Honey 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Soak the gelatin in 2 teaspoons of cold water.

Step 2

In a saucepan, combine the milk, cream, honey, and sugar, and place over low heat.

Step 3

When the mixture becomes hot, add the gelatin. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved, then remove from heat.

Step 4

Immerse the saucepan in a container of cold water. When it is barely warm, pour into molds (to prevent the panna cotta from sticking to the sides of the mold, you can grease it with vegetable oil).

Step 5

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Step 6

Before serving, immerse the mold with the panna cotta in hot water and gently shake. Then carefully invert it onto a plate.
