Honey Nut Muffins
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Honey 8 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 3 teaspoons
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs, liquid honey, and room temperature milk in a bowl.
Step 2
In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients, everything except the nuts.
Step 3
Pour the egg mixture with milk and honey into the dry mixture, mix thoroughly; the batter should be like pancake batter, then add the chopped nuts.
Step 4
Fill the molds 2/3 full and place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 25–30 minutes.
Step 5
Check readiness by pressing on the muffin — if it feels springy, it's done!
