Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 4 cups
- Honey 4 tablespoons
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Activated Baking Soda 1½ teaspoons
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar 1½ cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt honey, sugar, and butter in a water bath, then let it cool slightly. Beat in the eggs. Add baking soda, flour, and knead the dough.
Step 2
Divide the dough into 10 parts and place in the refrigerator.
Step 3
To prepare the cream, grate the lemon finely with the peel.
Step 4
Whip the sour cream with powdered sugar, then add the grated lemon. Whip again and refrigerate.
Step 5
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll out thin layers on parchment paper, prick with a fork, and bake in a preheated oven at 355°F until golden.
Step 6
Assemble the cake, spreading cream between the layers. Crumble one layer and sprinkle it over the top of the cake.
