- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Mix honey with eggs and beat until frothy. Add sour cream mixed with baking powder, baking soda activated with lemon juice, and vanilla sugar.
Step 2
Heat the butter and pour it into the mixture. Gradually add the flour while constantly stirring.
Step 3
Grease the cake pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the batter into it and bake over medium heat for about 30 minutes. Serve the finished cake warm, dusted with powdered sugar.
