Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Whole Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Sugar ½ cup
- Liquid Honey 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil ½ cup
- Chopped Walnuts ½ cup
- Freshly Brewed Black Tea ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add honey and vegetable oil, continuing to beat.
Step 2
Mix both types of flour with salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon, and combine well.
Step 3
Gradually add half of the flour mixture to the egg mixture, stirring. Pour in the tea and mix.
Step 4
Add the remaining flour mixture and mix well.
Step 5
Fold in the nuts into the batter and mix.
Step 6
Lightly grease the slow cooker bowl with vegetable oil and pour in the batter.
Step 7
Cook in Bake mode for 60–75 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
