- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Grapefruits ½ piece
- Canned Pineapple Chunks ½ g
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Whisk the eggs until frothy, add sugar and honey, whisk again, then add nutmeg and baking powder.
Step 2
Peel the grapefruit, separate it into segments, remove the membrane from the segments, and cut them into approximately 4 pieces.
Step 3
Combine the prepared grapefruit and pineapple with the batter and gently mix.
Step 4
Preheat the oven.
Step 5
Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for 30 minutes.
