Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Activated Baking Soda 2 teaspoons
  • Honey 2 tablespoons
  • Butter 20 oz
  • Wheat Flour 4 cups
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee 2 cans
  • Bananas 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For the dough: Mix 2 eggs with 1 cup of sugar, add 2 teaspoons of baking soda (level), 2 tablespoons of honey, and 100 grams of butter. Place all of this in a double boiler until melted.

Step 2

Then add 2 cups of flour, mix, and place back in the double boiler for 5 minutes to heat thoroughly.

Step 3

Pour 2 cups of flour onto the table, pour in the warmed mixture, and knead.

Step 4

Divide the dough (if it is too liquid, add a little more flour) into 10-11 equal pieces, roll out thin layers, and bake in the oven. They bake quite quickly, so keep an eye on the oven.

Step 5

For the cream, mix 2 cans of boiled condensed milk, 400 g of butter, 2 finely chopped bananas, and whip with a mixer.

Step 6

Cut the baked layers using an overturned plate and spread cream on each. Crumble the leftover layers into crumbs and sprinkle them over the finished cake.
