  • Chicken Egg 4 pieces
  • Sugar 20 oz
  • Butter 10 oz
  • Buckwheat Groats 10 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda 0 oz
  • Wheat Flour 20 oz
  • 20% Sour Cream 25 oz
  • 33% Cream 20 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

To prepare the layers, melt the eggs, 250 grams of sugar, and butter in a double boiler until the sugar is dissolved, stirring the mixture with a whisk.

Step 2

Remove from the heat bath, add baking soda. Gradually incorporate the sifted flour, mixing thoroughly, and spread it onto a silicone mat.

Step 3

Bake at 340°F for 7 minutes.

Step 4

For the cream, whip the sour cream with the remaining sugar and combine the mixture with the whipped cream. Layer the cream between the prepared cake layers at least 4 times. Assemble the cake and let it rest.
