Honey Bars with Oats and Dried Fruits
Ingredients
- Muscovado Sugar 5 oz
- Olive Oil 5 oz
- Honey 0 oz
- Ground Oats 5 oz
- Dried Turkey 0 oz
- Flaxseeds 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease an 18x18 cm square baking dish with oil. Line it with parchment paper and press it firmly into the dish.
Step 2
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sugar, spread, and honey, and microwave on medium for 2 minutes (the mixture should become very hot). Stir well.
Step 3
Add the oats and chopped dried fruits. Mix well and transfer to the baking dish. Smooth it out and sprinkle with flax seeds. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from the dish and cut into small bars. Wrap each in parchment paper for easy handling.
