- Butter 10 oz
- Honey 0 oz
- Milk ¾ cup
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 teaspoon
- Ground clove 8 pieces
- Cardamom to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cream the butter until fluffy, add honey, powdered sugar, spices, and mix again. Gradually stir in the milk, beat well, then add the flour and knead the dough. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out the dough to a thickness of one centimeter, cut out circles with a thin glass, and place them on a dry baking sheet. Bake at a low temperature for 5–8 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
