Ingredients

- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Grated Ginger Root 0 oz

- Chicken Egg 1 piece

- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Poultry 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken into pieces, rinse, and boil in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Drain the water and rinse the chicken pieces under running water.
Step 3
Place the pieces in a pot, cover with water, and add the onion and half of the ginger. Cook slowly for 2 hours.
Step 4
In a deep pan, heat the oil and sauté the minced ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add the tomatoes to the garlic and ginger, and sauté lightly.

Pour in the chicken broth, then season with salt and pepper.
