Homemade Tea Cookies
Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar, then add softened butter in pieces, mix everything well, and add a pinch of salt. Sift the flour into the mixture and mix again.
Step 2
Pinch off small portions of the dough and roll it out on a floured surface. The thickness of the dough should be about 0.5 cm. Cut out cookies using cookie cutters or a knife.
Step 3
Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10–20 minutes in a preheated oven at 355°F. Sprinkle the finished cookies with sugar or powdered sugar.
