Homemade sorbet
Ingredients
- Sugar 15 oz
- Water 20 fl oz
- Frozen black currant puree 0 lbs
- Fresh Mint 0 oz
- Crème de Cassis to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend the berries in a blender. Mix sugar with water, bring to a boil, and pour into the berry puree.
Step 2
Add Crème de Cassis to taste, strain, and freeze (40-60 minutes).
Step 3
Take out of the freezer, blend again, pour the sorbet into a serving dish, and garnish with berries and mint leaves.
