Description
You can replace the chicken breast with any meat of your choice, or you can buy pre-smoked chicken.
Ingredients
- Pita 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Herbs 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken breast, cut it into small pieces, and fry it over medium heat until golden brown, adding a small amount of vegetable oil.
Step 2
Chop the vegetables (cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, onion, and herbs) and mix them together.
Step 3
Combine mayonnaise and sour cream, add crushed garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Take the pita, make a cut in it to create a pocket.
Step 5
Layer the fried chicken, vegetables, and sauce inside the pita.
Step 6
Place the assembled pita on a skillet and brown it.
