Description
This recipe is no different from the store-bought version. Instead of peanuts, you can use hazelnuts.
Ingredients
- Condensed Milk 1 can
- Butter 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Peanut Sprouts 5 oz
- Desiccated coconut 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Lightly roast the nuts in the oven or in a dry skillet, stirring thoroughly. Remove the shells.
Step 2
Beat the softened butter, condensed milk, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
Step 3
Then add about 100 grams of shredded coconut, mix, and leave in the refrigerator for 8–10 hours.
Step 4
From the chilled mixture, roll balls about the size of a walnut, placing a nut in the center of each ball.
Step 5
Then roll the balls in shredded coconut and place them on a board lined with parchment paper, then put them back in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours.
