Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
  • Safflower Oil ½ liter
  • Sour Cream to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the potatoes with a special vegetable peeler. The potatoes should be cut very thin.

Step 2

Pour oil into a pot, about two fingers deep. Heat the oil. Fry the sliced potato pieces in it. Place them one by one so that each piece fries without touching each other. It cooks very quickly! Once browned, remove with a slotted spoon. Be sure to let the oil drain, or place on a towel to absorb the oil.

Step 3

Serve with sour cream.
