
Homemade Pineapple 'Pancho' Cake

Description
The cake can be served in portions or on one large plate. For decoration, grated chocolate or cocoa can be used.
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Condensed Milk 1 can
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 20 oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 25 oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the room temperature butter with the eggs for 5 minutes. Then add the condensed milk and continue to beat until smooth.
Step 2
Mix the baking powder with the flour and add it to the batter. Mix well.
Step 3
Divide the batter into two equal parts and add cocoa to one of them, mixing well.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a baking pan previously greased with butter, and bake for 25 minutes at 355°F.
Step 5
For the cream, whip the sour cream with the powdered sugar. You can add more sugar to taste. Cut the pineapples into pieces.
Step 6
Once the cake is ready, let it cool and break it into pieces of 5–7 cm.
Step 7
In a deep dish, place the pineapple at the bottom, then add pieces of cake, and finally pour the sour cream mixture over it.
