
Homemade Panna Cotta with Strawberries

Ingredients
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Strawberry 5 oz
- Dr. Oetker Cake Jelly 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve the gelatin in 150 ml of hot water.
Step 2
Heat the cream with sugar and 100 ml of water over low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved. At the end of cooking, add the gelatin, but do not boil.
Step 3
Pour into molds and refrigerate overnight.
Step 4
Blend the strawberries with sugar. When the panna cotta has set, remove the molds from the refrigerator, dip them in hot water for a few seconds, unmold the panna cotta, and garnish with strawberry sauce.
