- Kefir ½ l
- Sugar ½ glasses
- Wheat Flour 2 glasses
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg well with the sugar. Gradually add the flour and pour in the kefir to avoid lumps: add a spoonful of flour, beat, then a little kefir, beat again. Continue like this until the kefir is finished. Then add the baking powder or baking soda that has been neutralized with vinegar.
Step 2
Fry the pancakes in a generous amount of oil, but not deep-fried. Flip them with two forks to brown the other side. Stack the finished pancakes in a pile on a large platter.
