Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour to taste
  • Poultry 20 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Onion 1 head
  • Herbs 1 bunch
  • Water 5 qt

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Knead the stiff dough, roll it out into a sheet, and let it dry.

Step 2

Sprinkle the sheet with flour, roll it into a log, and cut it thinly. Separate the noodles and let them dry (up to 24 hours).

Step 3

Sauté the mushrooms first in a dry pan until the water evaporates, then add the oil.

Step 4

Prepare the broth and separate the meat from the bones.

Step 5

Add the meat, noodles, mushrooms, shredded carrot, chopped onion, and herbs to the boiling broth.
