Homemade marmalade
Ingredients
- Sugar 15 oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Citric Acid ½ tablespoon
- "Citro Lemonade" 10 fl oz
- Green Banana Syrup ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in lemonade and set aside for 2–4 hours.
Step 2
After the specified time, add sugar, syrup, and citric acid to the gelatin, mix, and place over low heat.
Step 3
Stirring constantly, cook until a homogeneous consistency is achieved, do not bring to a boil.
Step 4
Then pour the hot liquid into molds that have been pre-moistened with water. Place the molds in a cool place.
Step 5
Once the marmalade has set, cut it into pieces and roll in sugar or powdered sugar.
