Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Poppy seed paste 1 tablespoon
- Citrus Zest Mix to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs with the sugar.
Step 3
Sift the flour into the egg mixture. Add the poppy seeds and lemon zest.
Step 4
Pour in the melted butter and mix.
Step 5
Grease the baking molds with butter. Dust with flour. Divide the batter among the molds.
Step 6
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Transfer the madeleines to a plate.
