  • Chickpea 10 oz
  • Aquafaba 5 fl oz
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Citric Acid a pinch
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Tahini 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the chickpeas, leave the water, and let it cool slightly.

Step 2

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Step 3

If the hummus is too thick, you can add more water; the ideal ratio is 1/4 of the amount of chickpeas.
