
Homemade Croutons from White Bread

Ingredients
- White bread ½ piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the white bread (you can also use black bread if desired) into 1x1 cm cubes and place them in any suitable container with a lid or in a plastic bag.
Step 2
Add the minced garlic, vegetable oil, salt, and spices to taste (dill or any other seasoning; for heat, you can add red pepper).
Step 3
Close (tie) the container with the bread and shake it until the garlic, oil, and spices are evenly distributed.
Step 4
Pour the resulting mixture onto a baking sheet and place it in a preheated oven at 390°F.
Step 5
Our future croutons need to be stirred occasionally to ensure they brown evenly on all sides. You can choose the degree of toasting you prefer.
