Homemade Chocolate Sausage
Ingredients
- Cookie 20 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Condensed Milk 1 can
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crumble the cookies by hand into small pieces and crumbs.
Step 2
Cut the butter into pieces and melt it in a saucepan over low heat, add the milk, and stir in the cocoa. Heat while stirring (but do not bring to a boil!).
Step 3
Remove from heat and mix with the crumbled cookies until a thick mass is formed. Roll into logs, wrap them in plastic wrap, and place in the refrigerator.
Step 4
Slice like sausage. You can also add raisins, nuts, or candied fruits along with the cookies.
