Homemade Chocolate
Ingredients
- Cocoa Powder 5 tablespoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Sugar 6 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 1 teaspoon
- Milk 5 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt ¼ teaspoon
- Nuts to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix cocoa and sugar. Add 1 tablespoon of milk and stir until smooth. Pour in the remaining milk. Place the pot over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring continuously.
Step 2
Once the cocoa reaches a boil, add the butter, reduce the heat to low, and bring the mixture to a boil.
Step 3
Remove the pot from the heat and sift in the flour. When the flour is completely dissolved, bring it back to a boil.
Step 4
Take it off the stove and let it cool slightly. Add the vanilla sugar and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Pour the chocolate into ice cube molds, previously greased with butter.
Step 6
Optionally, you can add any chopped nuts to the chocolate.
