Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Raw cane sugar 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Apple 5 pieces
- Butter 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180–390°F.
Step 2
Line a round baking dish with parchment paper and grease it with butter.
Step 3
Slice the apples into thin wedges and arrange them in the baking dish.
Step 4
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites.
Step 5
Place the yolks in a bowl, add the flour and sugar, and mix well.
Step 6
Gently fold in the whipped egg whites. Mix well and lightly beat with a fork.
Step 7
Pour the mixture over the apples.
Step 8
Bake in the oven for about 20–30 minutes until cooked through.
