Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 15 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Semolina 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Butter 0 oz
- Sugar 4 spoons
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Vanilla salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork. I recommend not to make the mixture creamy; let the cottage cheese remain naturally grainy.
Step 3
Add 2 eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, semolina, a pinch of baking soda to the cottage cheese, and knead the mixture. Finally, add the flour.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Step 5
Bake the casserole in the oven for 20–30 minutes.
