- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Milk 4 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla Protein Powder 1 teaspoon
- Egg white 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly cream 100 grams of butter with 100 grams of powdered sugar and 4 egg yolks. While continuing to cream, add 250 grams of flour, 4 tablespoons of milk, a packet of baking powder (which may be slightly more than a teaspoon), and whip the egg whites with the vanilla powder until thick foam forms.
Step 2
Once a smooth, homogeneous mass is achieved, place it on a greased baking sheet and bake at 390°F.
