  • White Chocolate 5 oz
  • Brown Sugar 5 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Cocoa Powder 0 oz
  • Ground Coffee 1 tablespoon
  • Ocean salt ¼ teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Step 2

Pour 60–70 ml of boiling water over the ground coffee and let it steep.

Step 3

Melt 100 g of butter and the dark chocolate in a water bath (do not stir with a spoon!).

Step 5

Break the white chocolate into small pieces.

Mix the flour with the salt.

Step 7

Beat the eggs with the sugar in a mixer.

Step 8

While continuing to beat, pour in the chocolate mixture, then add the flour and mix a little more.

Step 9

Add the pieces of white chocolate to the batter and stir.

Step 10

Grease a baking tray with the remaining butter, pour in the batter, smooth it out, and place it in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Step 11

Sprinkle the finished brownies with cocoa powder and cut into portions.
