  • Ground Oats 0 oz
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Dried Apricots 0 oz
  • Walnuts 0 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
  • Natural Yogurt 10 oz
  • Milk 5 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 390°F. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and lightly sprinkle with flour. Put the remaining flour, oats, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl. Add the dried apricots and walnuts and mix well.

Step 2

Mix the yogurt and milk in a separate bowl and combine with the other ingredients. Gently mix with a knife. It is very important to do this quickly. Then shape into a loaf approximately 18 cm in diameter and place on the baking sheet.

Step 3

Make a light crosswise cut with a knife and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. After baking, wrap in a dry towel — this gives the loaf softness.
