  • Wheat Flour 20 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Water 15 fl oz
  • Dry yeast 0 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the flour with water, yeast, sugar, eggs, and salt. Knead the dough. Add vegetable oil to the dough. Leave it in a warm place for 2 hours.

Step 2

Pre-salt the baking pans. Load the dough into them and wait for it to rise. Then place the pans in the oven and bake at 355°F for 35–40 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the pans with the bread from the oven, place them on a damp towel for a few minutes, and then turn them onto a plate.

Step 4

Serve the bread warm.
