  • Bay leaf 1 piece
  • Allspice berries 5 pieces
  • Water 1 tablespoon

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Thoroughly wash 1-liter jars with baking soda and dry them.

Wash the meat well and dry it.

Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces of any shape (approximately 50 grams per piece).
