Homemade Apple Cookies
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Butter 0 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Salt a pinch
- Sugar 5 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Ground Cinnamon a knife tip
- Apple 2 pieces
- Powdered Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cream the butter with sugar.
Step 2
Add the egg and mix thoroughly again.
Step 3
Add flour, salt, and baking soda.
Step 4
Peel the apples, cut them into small cubes, and mix them into the dough.
Step 5
Place the cookies in the shape of balls or small patties on a greased baking sheet. The dough may spread a little during baking, so consider this when shaping the cookies and spacing them apart (to prevent them from sticking together).
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes at 355°F.
Step 7
Sprinkle the finished cookies with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
